Overview:
- Development of 259 units in a single (4) story apartment building.
The project scope of work includes the development of a total of 259 total units in a single (4) four story apartment building with a total of approximately 256,000 sq/ft. There will be approximately 68 apartments per floor on the upper 3 floors with an average of 1,000 sq/ft each. The first floor will have 55 apartments and an amenity area. The building will also incorporate a central open type parking garage.
