Overview:
- This project renovated an existing facility with approximately 77,000 sq/ft of multiple functional space.
The project included renovations to an existing facility. The program includes 12,000 sq/ft of electronic production space, 13,000 sq/ft of office space and 52,000 sq/ft of warehouse space. The office program included a small residential type kitchen, cafeteria, offices, and conference rooms. Existing toilet rooms to be refreshed and a new shower installed in each room.
