Overview:
- 4,500 sq/ft and 30 patient beds are created in this renovation to an existing patient wing.
Renovations to an existing orthopedic patient wing and an expansion of the wing to create (5) new patient rooms. A total of 30 beds were provided. The renovations consist of new toilet rooms, ceilings and creating new private rooms. A total of 4,500 sq/ft of new space was constructed on the adjacent roof. Designed and built under an IPD scenario.
