- 105,000 sq/ft of ambulatory space
The project scope of work includes approximately 105,000 sq/ft of renovations in multiple buildings on the main campus. Renovations in Fegan building include new plumbing and medical gas infrastructure throughout the building, as well as a new dialysis clinic, dental clinic, satellite pharmacy, CATCR, Urology, Neurology, and various other exam spaces. Farley building renovations are on level 4 to create a pulmonary clinic.
