Overview:
- This three phased project involves site preparation, DPW, and athletic fields.
The project includes (3) separate program components. The phase 1 component is the preparation of the site by the town. Phase 2 is a new two-story, 23,000 sq/ft DPW facility that will house offices, repair bays, vehicle storage, a paint spray booth, hazardous waste storage room, and garage areas. Also, included in this phase is a 6,000 sq/ft cold storage building and a 7,500 sq/ft sand and salt storage building. Phase 3 consisted of new athletic fields.
