Commissioning services were provided for the renovation of an 18,500 sq/ft tenant improvement on the 18th floor of an existing building. This project consisted of an existing air handler, variable air volume units, building management system, lighting control system, occupancy sensors and new bathrooms. The project employed standards that are revolutionizing the way people feel when working indoors. The goals were to improve employee health and well-being by designing a project that has similar core concepts to the WELL Building Standard.
