Overview:
- New 4-story residential complex with 150 units
The project included a new 135-140,000 sq/ft, four-story residential complex which includes independent living units, a dining hall, commercial kitchen, fitness center, activities and function rooms, offices, and support spaces. There was a total of 150 dwelling units.
