The project included 9,000 sq/ft of space located in the Wannalaneit Mills building. Space includes hybrid lab spaces, wet and dry labs, open office work areas, private offices and egress areas.
Southwick Dining Hall
The design included new sanitary waste and vents systems, domestic and non potable water systems, food service for the renovations to the existing dining area and adjoining lounges totaling 8,300 sq/ft. The construction cost was $400,000.
