Overview:
A gut renovation leaves many amenities, including a catering kitchen, shower rooms with a locker and gym.
R.W. Sullivan Engineering provided MEP/FP engineering services for the gut renovation of 46,000 sq/ft of office space on the 5th and 6th floor located at 50 Rowes Wharf. New program included offices, conference rooms, catering kitchen, toilet and shower rooms with lockers, gym, egress spaces, and reception area. The construction cost of $2 million was completed in 2013.
