R.W. Sullivan Engineering is proud of its relationships with clients such as Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company. Since March of 2009, RWS has worked on eighteen renovation and infrastructure upgrade projects in their 35 Landsdowne, 40 Landsdowne, 75 Sidney Street, and 64 Sidney Street facilities.
Most recently, RWS has worked with the facilities department at Millennium to evaluate the cooling requirements in several labs within 35 and 40. Additional cooling was added to the labs to accommodate the new lab equipment and lab user’s comfort. RWS has worked on other infrastructure upgrades, which include evaluation and performance of the exhaust systems within labs of the 40 Landsdowne facility, providing UPS power to all of the IT closets within the 35 and 40 Landsdowne facilities.
RWS has also provided MEP/FP engineering services for several renovation projects ranging from smaller spaces, such as upgrades for a single conference room to accommodate the mechanical, electrical and telecommunications requirements for the Millennium Telepresence teleconferencing room, to the renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet of office space in the 75 Sidney Street facility. MEP/FP engineering services were also provided for the renovation of the 64 Sidney Street office space, which houses the facilities and planning group.
