McLean Hospital
The project scope of work includes renovations to an existing single store, 30,000 sq/ft nursing facility. The program includes a geriatric wing and an adolescent wing. The geriatric wing will be required to meet the DPH standards. The majority of the patient rooms will not be renovated. The toilet room fixtures will be replaced and new security type lighting fixtures/outlets and sprinkler heads will be installed. New shower rooms will be installed in both wings.
McLean Hospital – South East
The project scope of work includes renovations to an existing single-story, 4,600 sq/ft nursing facility. The program includes new patient rooms, shower rooms, and support spaces for OCD patients. The toilet room fixtures will be replaced and new security type lighting fixtures/outlets and sprinkler heads will be installed. New shower rooms will also be installed.
