Overview:
- A garage designed with energy savings and electric vehicles in mind.
Garage designed with 714 spaces and included parking for electric vehicles, accessible parking on each level, zip car parking, motorcycle and bicycle parking, and a parking control system. Implemented using the Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) alternative delivery method of procurement. The garage was designed to use natural day-lighting and energy efficient lighting with an energy saving lighting control system. MEP/FP and Code Consulting for this project.
