This project included apparatus bay, office, locker room, dormitory, restroom, and kitchen spaces. Key commissioned systems in this project included BMS controls, vehicle exhaust capture system, gas detection system, energy recovery units, rooftop units, make-up air units, hot water system, radiant floor systems, emergency generators, automatic transfer switches, ductless split units and exhaust fans.
