The project included renovations to the ground, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors of the existing building. The ground and 2nd floors received all new finishes, ceilings, and revised layouts while the basement, 3rd and 5th floors had updated common corridors and public areas. The 5th floor included two new toilets and a shower and the other toilet rooms were aesthetically upgraded. Also included are changes to 10 guest rooms to make them accessible.
