Phase renovations were done to the existing systems and redesign for the lower level floor slab work. Required changes and rerouting of existing piping, conduit, and ductwork. The building is three stories and the lower level is approximately 120,000 sq/ft where about 60% of the slab was jacked and reinforced. This project was completed in 2009.
