Overview:
- Fit-out of 21,000 sq/ft of office space.
The project scope of work includes the fit-out of 21,000 sq/ft of office space on the 4th floor to house new offices, labs, a clean room and vivarium. The lab program includes biology lab, chemistry lab, surgery, procedure room, necropsy, holding room, prep room, QC lab and an 800 sq/ft class 10,000 clean room. The remaining area of the floor includes offices, conference rooms and a break room with no kitchen. The core toilet room will remain; however, new toilets will be extended/created within the tenant space.
