Overview:
- This project involved renovating interior and exterior spaces as well as the installation of a new elevator.
- Specialized rooms such as a reading room and security clerk also received an upgrade.
The project involved interior renovations, exterior landscape and public elevator. Renovations included main floor entry vestibule, lobby, security clerk, consultation room, reading room, service core and service areas. Upgrades to exhibitions case work in lobby area. Lower level ADA accessible men’s and woman’s room, lounge and staff room. New lighting in foyer, reading room, main floor renovated areas and lower level rest rooms. Installation of a new elevator. HVAC improvements to serve all areas of renovation. Estimated construction cost $5 million.
