The project scope of work included a (6) story 369,000 sq/ft apartment building over a podium level. A total of 360 units were constructed within two buildings. The ground floor also consisted of a lobby and limited amenities spaces including a clubhouse, fitness facility, game room, retail space and offices. Floors 2 and above are typical residential. The program included a maximum of 5 typical unit types that are vertically stacked. A (4) level 400 car open parking deck was also included in the program. Building number 1 had five retail tenants on the ground floor.
