Our scope of work included providing MEP/FP core and shell systems for a “warm, dark box” for the tenant spaces. The core areas, (stairwells, egress, toilet rooms, corridors, mechanical/utility rooms, elevators, etc.) consisted of complete HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems layouts.
