Kevin Pelton - Principal

Kevin joined R.W. Sullivan Engineering in 2001 as a member of our Construction Administration team with over 30 years of practical field experience managing the installation of MEP/FP systems.  He later migrated from his role in Construction Administration to the design of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems. 

After 10 years as Director of Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering at RWS.  Kevin now serves as a Senior Plumbing, FP Designer.  Focused on major projects in the Super High Rise, High Rise and Advanced Medical Research Lab design, he is responsible for all working drawings, specifications and construction administration for process, mechanical, plumbing & fire protection systems, and outside water and gas utility systems on the project. 

Kevin’s expertise includes estimating, construction scheduling, contract negotiations, constructability coordination and claims and dispute resolution.
