Alireza Heidari, P.E., RCDD, LEED AP - Principal - Department Director

Mr. Heidari serves as a Electrical Director at R.W. Sullivan with over 33 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.  He manages staff, technical design knowledge, and skills improvement. Alireza holds a master degree in Electrical Power and he is licensed in twelve states.

His professional expertise is varied and prolific; among them: Electrical Power Generation and Distribution Systems; Building Power; Lighting and Energy Code compliant Lighting Control Systems; Innovated Power Generation Systems such as Photovoltaic and Wind renewable energy resources; Net Zero and Passive House Building Design; Cogeneration and smart Power Generation Network Design; High/Medium and Low Voltage Distribution Systems including Protective Relays; Electrical System Commissioning; Fire Alarm System Design; Telecommunications Systems and Data Center Design; Security and Public Access Systems.

He is also experienced in managing a project design, implementing the principles of electrical systems, assisting with the construction techniques, and managing the project team members and staff resources.
