Overview:
- Fit-out of 24,600 sq/ft of office and lab space.
The project scope of work includes fit-out of 24,600 sq/ft on the 5th floor to house new labs and offices. The lab program includes 7,000 sq/ft total of biology, chemistry, mechanical/metrology, etc. The remaining 17,600 sq/ft area of the floor includes offices, conference rooms, and a break room. Both pairs of men and women rooms will be renovated.
