The project included a multiple building site of retail and residential occupancies. The first phase of construction was completed in 2005. Building 16 is a new 37,000 sq/ft; three-story building that houses commercial and residential areas. Building 17 is a new 15,000 sq/ft, two-story building that houses retail and office areas. Building 19 is a 3,000 sq/ft retail building. Building 21 is a new 21,000 sq/ft, three-story building that houses retail and residential spaces. Building 12A is a new 3,000 sq/ft, two-story building that houses retail and office area and a new three-story 8,000 sq/ft movie theater.
