The project scope of work includes 10,000 sq/ft of renovations to food prep and service areas. (5-6) Food service concepts complete with new cooking and delivery areas. New freezers/coolers. The existing washware room is to remain. The existing 12,000 sq/ft seating area was upgraded with new lighting, power and ceiling layouts. New 3,000 sq/ft mezzanine (150 seats) with a 350 sq/ft Starbucks outlet was constructed.
