Expansion and Renovation
The program included a new 34,000 sq/ft addition to the existing medical facility. The addition housed medical and surgery areas, critical care areas, an emergency department, and 20 single inpatient rooms, and support services. Renovations to 6,600 sq/ft also occurred in the existing facility which included approximately 40% of shell space for future use. Construction cost was $15.7 million.
New Facility
The project consisted of construction of a new 132,000 sq/ft medical facility including 29 patient rooms, four operating rooms, psychiatric ward, ICU, imaging emergency department, and procedure areas. The $25 million project was completed.
