Overview:
- This 40,000 sq/ft facility supported employee facilities, vehicle needs, storage, and incorporated sustainable design.
The project included a total of 40,000 sq/ft. The program included the following: administration offices and support/employee facilities, shops and material storage, vehicle maintenance, vehicle wash bay, and vehicle and equipment storage. The project also includes the construction of a new fueling facility, salt storage structure, and bulk material storage area. The facility was designed to incorporate many sustainable features, including: roof structure designed for future photovoltaic panel installation, waste oil burner in vehicle/equipment storage areas using serviced vehicles waste engine oil, high-efficiency boilers, and heat-recovery equipment in heating/ventilation systems.
