The project scope of work included a new 2 story, 72,000sq/ft youth services center. The program included (3) secured sleeping wings with 15 beds each. Additional spaces included dining, recreation, education, healthcare, counseling, visitation and intake/release. Estimated construction cost $32,000,000.
