Brigham & Women’s Hospital Center for Advanced Medicine
A new 350,000 sq/ft, 10-story Ambulatory patient facility. The project
is currently in the design phase. It is new construction version 2.2.
Gatehouse
Boston, Massachusetts
A new 25,000 sq/ft, 6-story building including apartments, offices, a
restaurant, and a storage area.
Mass Maritime Association Cadet Housing
A two-story addition (six stories total) with 16,100 sq/ft of space per
floor. The building contains dormitory rooms, conference rooms, and offices.
The building is LEED Silver rating potential (still gathering documentation).
New Construction version 2.1
Northeastern University Parcel 18
A new 498,000 sq/ft, four-tower building—22, 19, 10, and five stories.
The building contains a 1,200-bed dormitory, offices, a cafeteria, retail,
and classrooms. It is currently under construction. New construction version
2.2.
Yale Social Sciences Building
A new four-story, 70,000 sq/ft building with classrooms, offices, lecture
halls, and a theater. Construction begins in October 2007. New Construction
Version 2.2.
Non-LEED Projects (not applying for certification)
Ashmont TOD
A new six-story, 162,000 sq/ft building with 120 apartments, retail, and
a below-grade parking garage.
Chelsea Nursing Home
A new six-story, 81,000 sq/ft building including sleeping rooms, offices,
cafeteria, chapel and spa.
Community Rowing
A new two-story, 30,000 sq/ft building containing classrooms and offices,
a multi-purpose room, and a boat storage area.
Lexington DPW
A new 77,000 sq/ft, one-story building and penthouse with offices, lunch
room, vehicle repair/maintenance, storage and maintenance areas.
Milford Cancer Center
A new two-story, 55,000 sq/ft building containing exam rooms and offices.
It is currently under construction and due to be completed in November
2007.
