Fenway Park

R.W. Sullivan Engineering has completed numerous projects at Fenway Park including a new central chiller plant, a new electrical service, the ”Game-On” restaurant renovation, new training facilities, and various renovations to the club house and office spaces. The projects ranged in costs from $1-5 million and were completed under extremely demanding schedules using a fast track process. The typical project duration was 4-6 months. The majority of the work was completed between 2003-2006.
The chiller plant project included a 550-ton chilled water system, which is located on the roof of the 406 club. Three air cooled chillers and associated packaged pumping systems were included. Chilled water is distributed via 8” mains that serve the Jeano Building, Fenway proper, the 406 Club and the luxury boxes. The project was completed in 2005.
The dugout/tunnel project included renovations to the existing area behind the dugout and a new batting cage. The new program included a toilet room, video room, storage area and a new batting cage. The project was completed in 2005.
The clubhouse improvement project involved renovations to portions of the existing clubhouse and the installation of a new “Swimex” pool. A new elevator was also provided. The project was completed in 2005.
