The project consisted of the renovation of office space on 2.5 floors of the main building at the Schrafft Center at 529 Main Street, Boston, MA. The space equates to 170,000 sq/ft. The office space is located on the entire 4th and 5th floors of the building and part of the 3rd floor. The project was completed in 2006.

The lighting and power distribution systems were replaced with new efficient fixtures and lighting layouts. Occupancy sensors were located in the offices. The existing water source heat pump system was expanded to serve the new program. Additional heat pumps were provided for supplemental cooling for conference rooms and IT rooms.
