Ribbon Cutting Ceremony For Appleton Mills

The new artist’s lofts in the Appleton Mills redevelopment, previously a decaying textile mill building in Lowell, MA, recently celebrated the completion of the new community. The ribbon cutting ceremony on July 5th included MA Governor Deval Patrick, US Congresswoman Niki Tsongas, and MA Attorney General Martha Coakley as speakers. In addition, local artists who are new residents at Appleton Mills performed at the ceremony and the reception inside the building’s 4-story atrium.
