R.W. Sullivan Engineering has received a BSA Honor Award for Design Excellence for the Community Rowing project.  The project included a new 25,000 sq/ft boathouse on the Charles River.  The facility offers storage space for more than 170 boats on the first floor of the two-story main structure and in a separate, single-story hangar.  The upper level of the main building houses classrooms, exercise rooms, boat repair, and administrative spaces.  The project was completed in 2008 with a construction cost of approximately $11.5 million.
