Mount Pleasant Home, one of our recent projects, has been featured in an article on Boston.com (please see the link below). This four-story addition and complete renovations of an existing level IV care nursing home facility that includes medical and staff offices, exam rooms, 60 resident rooms, activity room, board room, day room, dining room, commercial kitchen, laundry, and a 3-story atrium that is enclosed by glass walls. The project is aiming for LEED Silver certification and is provided with energy recovery units, high-efficiency chiller and condensing boilers, an atrium night cooling system, a photovoltaic system for electricity, and solar thermal heating for domestic hot water.
