Firesafety and Code Compliance

Code Interpretation and Equivalency Development

All codes allow the use of alternative materials, equipment or methods of design or construction. These alternatives must be approved by the local building official. The Sullivan Code Group has experience identifying, documenting, and gaining approval for these equivalencies.

When compliance with the code is impractical, impossible, or without benefit to life safety we can prepare variance applications and conduct presentations at Appeals Hearings.
